Got
my shopping done to meal prep for this week. I totally didn't feel like
trying this week. My mood is still up and down and all I want to do is
eat chocolate. But I went for a run/walk in my new hood and it totally
sparked something in me. After that run I moved a bed and got some
healthy eats for my week. Sometimes it's just that's simple. Putting one
foot in front of the other until you start to feel it or feel anything
for that matter. Have a great evening ladies
