It's Workout Wednesday

Do you like cards?...Good....I have posted one of my favorite crossfit style workouts. So the rules are play your card at face value, meaning if you pull a 4 of Diamonds do 4 push ups. If you pull a Queen of hearts, do 20 sit ups..and yes play the whole deck of cards...Let me see whatcha got :D
